Aim of the course is to challenge the traditional view of project management with current heavy emphasis on linear scope, plan, execute and control processes, and through nurturing such soft skills as creativity, persuasion, collaboration, adaptability, and emotional intelligence to develop the understanding of how and why to redesign existing project management practices in a way they would help to connect the siloes between organizational strategy and its execution in the disruptive business operational landscape.
